Research Fee Policy

To find the information you are requesting, it may be necessary for us to charge a “Research Fee” of $75. However, if you need us to book something specific, something that you have found and if no research time is necessary on our part, that fee will be waived.

If you ask us to search more than one option and we book one of them for you, the $75 will be credited back to your booking.

There are some things technology cannot replicate and the personal touch is one of them. The Internet is a valuable resource but it cannot replace the expertise, guidance and personal service that an experienced travel consultant can provide.

The difference between a travel agent and a travel consultant is that an agent books what you tell him/her to book. As consultants, we understand where to look for the best values and options and we know what questions to ask. We can offer you insider tips and suggestions based on our twenty years in the travel industry and extensive travel experiences. Chances are we have been where you want to go.
